The increased digitalization of our economic systems (i.e. online purchases and work-from-home schemes) has led to a boom in jobs that require data skills. This is a hard fact backed up by credible media outlets in the Philippines, such as BusinessWorld. 📰☕
That is why we at Eskwelabs have been working hard to get out of our comfort zones to make data jobs more accessible to more people. 💼
One step we have recently taken in this direction is our launch of the Professional Employment Program (PEP) - Data Analytics learning track for the education majors of the University of Nueva Caceres (UNC). This partnership with UNC will extend to other universities or colleges under the umbrella of iPeople, a Yuchengo-Ayala partnership that focuses on the education sector. This holding company of the country’s top tycoons specializes in high-quality and industry-relevant education that aims to produce employable graduates. 🎓🚀
Consistent with the business aims of iPeople, we have designed the PEP-Data Analytics upskilling program to ensure that the graduating education majors of UNC will have the necessary data skills to help them land a quality job after graduation. 💪💖
If you’re a college or university student, watch out for us. Who knows, your institution may be our next partner for data upskilling! 🤗

You may have heard of regular educational professionals like teachers or instructors. 👨🏫👩🏫
But have you ever heard of mentors? 🤔
Though many top institutions in the world have employed mentor-style education for decades or centuries now, the mentors at Eskwelabs have become among the first in the Philippines. Our mentors work alongside our instructors, focusing more on closely guiding, supporting, and supervising our learners as they create their industry-relevant data projects. Each mentor we have is assigned to a small group of students, all in the name of making our education more learner-centered and inclusive. 🤗💖
Do you want to be a part of a unique educational tradition that we are trailblazing for the country? Do you like the prospect of having a direct impact on student success in the field of data analytics?
If both questions resonate with your inner calling and competencies, you may want to try applying for our Data Analytics Mentor position. Click here to get started on your application.
