The Analytics Association of the Philippines (AAP) is an industry association driving the growth and evolution of Analytics and Analytics-enabled fields and technologies in the country. Eskwelabs is excited that the organization has recently elected our CEO, Angela Chen, to its board of trustees.
Through this election, we are thrilled to contribute to the building of the Philippine data analytics ecosystem, especially as a leading provider of alternative data skills education in the country.
We will be joining AAP’s board alongside the Undersecretary of the Office for Administration, Finance, and Freedom of Information, as well senior members at Pru Life UK and Katapult Digital.

The second annual Technology For Change Week Asia, hosted by the Economist , will feature Eskwelabs on March 11th, with the day focused on Education and Reskilling. Other speakers at the event include Chief People Officer at Gojek and the Singaporean Minister of Communications and Information.
Our Data Science Team Lead, Albert “Bash” Yumol, is also set to share his ideas at MozFest, a global gathering of professionals, activists, and artists who are dedicated to keeping the Internet open and safe for all. Organized by the Mozilla Foundation (the one who created the famous open-source web browser), this event is touted as one of the tech world’s bright spots for innovative insights.
